Rosze Gold-10 Capsule is used for prevention of heart attack. It is a combination of three medicines: Rosuvastatin, Aspirin and Clopidogrel that prevents clot formation in the blood vessels. It also helps to reduce increased cholesterol and triglycerides levels. This medicine should be taken with food regularly at a fixed time each day. Rosze Gold-10 Capsule contains Aspirin + Rosuvastatin + Clopidogrel, which prevents heart attack. Aspirin and Clopidogrel are antiplatelet medications.
